Question about Ch-Hybrid

I was wondering if the following stats are good enough for Pvp 100.

it used to be popular for bow builds but idk what happened to them. anyways would probably to go a little str heavy or int heavy. thats just me though i like hybrids but never tried that one out.

Anyway I'd go for an 80/85% mag balance naked if you want a hybrid spear.
