What stones increase mage atk power %...read..

I've used like 3 philosophy stones...and they always just keep % at 0...it's like wasting 5m a stone...for nothing..please tell me..whats wrong.. 
3 WHOLE STONES? WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS GAME OMFG!!!!!
No but seriously...only 3 stones, keep trying. Also don't use 0% stones and you won't pay 5mil for 1 stone rofl. Sometimes I need 20 stones to get a stat I want, several times even more than 20.
