Blocking Ratios for Glavie/Spear/Bow

i have seen quite a few pple using tablets to add a blocking ratio to thier glavie/spear/bow. does this blocking ratio really works when u use such weapons? or issit jus a bug and the blocking will not function at all?

Seen 18% critical on a shield dunno if this the same thing?

I saw critical 100 and so on...when I saw it I was like :shock:

Blocking ratio on a weapon reduces the chance another player will block your attack.
Critical on a shield reduces the chance another payer or mob will successfully crit you.

no there tabs that add it to the weapons cant remeber the name

o so there is a specific one tat adds blocking ratio to weapons? thanks alot for the help!

i have this +2 lvl 24 sos lightning glavie with str +1.can anyone help me see how much is this worth?
