Hello there! I'm sorry to bother everyone with such a question.

I've just started back up in Phoenix after 2 years being away from Silkroad Online.
My character is currently level 17 with a 9 level gap (well 10, but you get the picture) and hes also got a great level 16 SOM Bow, strictly for farming.
I want to build him into a Pure STR Glavier as I've never experienced one of these characters.

The question in hand is: Would you Fully Farm now? If not, would you balance it? Some now, more later. I'm pretty stuck now as everyone probably knows, farming is boring but got to be done.
Or would you leave it all till later?

Any information given to me now would be mostly appreciated! If I haven't made anything clear just say .

Long time ago, all people farm with a bow in bandit. Now, most people farm at ong with taxi, or play with a little gap and farm at 100 to complete all the skills. As you prefer

Haha looks like I'm still stuck in the olden days, I'm farming at Bandits with a SOM Bow lol.
Taxi's was a good idea until the taxis was becoming either too much or unreliable!
Would anyone recommend straight to level 100 with a level 2 gap maybe? Then proper farm once there...

Farm 100-200k sp at Bandits then 2 gap to 100 , but playing legit the chances of you hitting 100 are slim.

My target was 100k before I considered leveling. Just getting there gets really tedious!
That second part of your post, I'll make my own mind up on what you mean lol.

Anyway, you should get some taxi/powerlvl at ongs (minimum 80k sp)
And then just farm the rest at caves.

The best thing would be to farm 1.4m sp at ongs but that would probably cost a lot of gold lol

I would love to farm 1.4million sp and I'd pay 10million per 100k sp farmed... (Total: 140million gold).
But finding a reliable, active taxi, is just asking way too much! lol.
They are either active and farm you 30minutes for what was ment to be 1 hour, or they are reliable, but never on!

Ha god knows what to do!

I am going to try this:

Farmed 25k sp at ongs (got free plvl)
Leaving 4 gap, leveled to 50, had 28k left, now will try ishades with good weapon at 52, 2 gap, extending that to a 7-9 gap as much as possible.

Then will farm more at nachals if possible, then at mages. I am a pure int with good mag def.

Will 2-3 gap the rest as needed. my char is a Euro so it may be tougher for you.

I made my character last year during christmas, when there were tons of free ong taxis because of the jewel box event. I farmed 8k then. Later i got to lvl 36, left all skills on that level and by 46 i had farmed 60k sp. Now i'm zero gapping to the level when i can farm at nachals/yachas.

Brother, farming not needed if you make fire and lightning because very high damage.

i'm not sure if you know what farming means, but you will need to farm one way or another as any build...

it's better if you have high level friend int.

level a character up to level 24 with 9 gap
make a full party of 8 with one TAXI like high level wizard.
party member should level 20 - 24.
find a place in samarkand with a lot of spawn blood ong level 24 mobs.
find safe place with in the range of party where you can get exp/sp.

you can get more than 10k in a day depending on how fast your TAXI run is.
in 5 hours you can get 3k to 4k.

now if your level 17 below with 9 gap, look at your party system find a free TAXI instead of soloing. in sparta server there is always a free TAXI of lvl 18 below.

Am doing it at every 9-20lvs depending how much sp i got farm...Farm takes while do it the long way or take the short cut.
