What are these items?

Hi,
Today I logged on after server inspection and found some very interesting items in a stall -

What are they and what are they for?

They have something to do with Roc. I don't really know what they do, but afaik they're from roc.

These should be the quest items from roc mobs.

Those are the items you can make stones with for your acc... like disease resistance, stun resistance and shit (not sure bout the stun).
But i also heard it's 3 pieces for each stone u need (so 3 undine for 1 stone, 3 pieces for another)
