Its kindy been a while since ive been wondering about it so here it comes...

Does a level 31 have mastery level restrictions ? or can he just lv all the masteries to level 31.

Was wanting to powerfarm a STR Bow on CSRO and have 31pach/fire/light/20cold

As a Chinese character there are no skill restrictions other than the max total skill level of 300... Up to level 42 you could have all of the masteries at 42.
