Im lvl 99 atm so if i would kill lvl 88-89 mobs would it drop Cursed Hearts ?

They will, but propably not as fast as some higher mobs.
I would try it for some time and then go to some higher mobs and compare which were better.

I think they will, you'll probably plvl or something I guess...It will go faster with a shared pt so you should do fine.

They would, but rarely.
They drop fastest in party, against party mobs.
