which one uses less sp and mp
and which one is good for job/pvp

I'm using for example 100 (bich / heuk) / 100 cold / 100 fire.
Pure str glaive:
- Glaive uses less sp because you don't have to add some skill trees.
- Glaive uses A LOT of mp. (Wich I solved by going force = mp passive)
- Overall glaive is a good dmg dealer in job war. At this cap glaive has a hard time in 1 vs 1 but that will change at next cap probably

Pure str blader:
- Uses A LOT of sp. Bladers need all their skills.
- Uses not to many mp pots.
- Blade is one of the best builds for 1 vs 1 pvp and they do pretty well in job wars although their dmg is pretty low so they need some time to kill.

Blader is the better choice for job and other group fights, in a 1v1 pvp i would say both are good since they both have their pros and cons.
Blader takes alot more time to lvl up since they deal less dmg and as DropOut said they need alot more SP, Glavier is faster in that point.
