1. which monster drop them in europe?

aren't suns 15 lvls higher than the mob that drops it?

Hmmm...if memory serves, SoX can be dropped by a mob starting at lvl 8.

SoS, SoM, SoSun of X degree can drop from a mob in their "range"...like lvl 8 Sox can drop from a lvl 8 mob up to 16 (or something like that).

Someone else step up, I'm not sure I'm providing completely correct information here.

Your memory serves you wrong, or mine does.
iirc, i got a sox on the day euo started, on the lvl 4 things outside of CS.

SoX can be dropped from ANY monster. I say it again, ANY monster!

And to your other question, i found sos the first time i played silkroad. It dropped from a Mangyang and it was a lvl 1 sos bow. I sold it to the shop because i didn't know it was worth anything.

About the degree thing i am sure that 7D can be dropped from monster which should drop 6D items as i once tried that.

My point is that it can be dropped from any monster at any level at any time. Its just about luck

all monsters can drop a sox. sox drops can be 1 degree lower, same degree or 1 degree higher as the mob.

for example lv 32 mob can drop a lv 47 sox chest. lv 51 mob can drop a lv 32 sox sword.

I also ever had a lv1 SoS drop from a one eyed ghost (lv2 mob)

I once got a lv 25 sos protector shoulder from a lv 19 chakji worker

You can get a sox drop from any monster and the item can be 12 levels above or below the monsters level. So for example if you kill a lvl64 mob you can got a chance to get a 9d SOX!

I've gotten a lvl 8 som sword from those lvl 2 monsters in china (forgot their name >.>). Unfortunately I was just fooling around on a different server than the server I usually played on so it was practically useless to me lol.

Nop, got a sos at big eyed (lvl 2 or 3)

i remember a guy in athens getting a sun blade lvl 52 drop from a maong, so a d6 mob dropped a d7 sun. it is possible.

you can get sox (sun included... its still a seal item) on any monster

the degree dropped is normally +/- 1 degree from monster or same degree as monster (most likely same degree) or very rarely it could be +2 degrees from monster if level is very near next degree

got 47 sos chest from scorps (32)
and 42 sos sword from penons (54)

Yeah and it's the first monster lvl of the next degree (lvl 76)...I hate him

If the +/- 12 levels is true how do u explain my find? I got 68lvl sos from 54lvl mob, thats 14 levels higher. Maybe its -/+1 degree ?

As for my experience of having SoX drops i noticed this:

SoS drops from same degree mobs, but can also drop from lower degree mobs (Like d8 sos from d7 mob)
SoM drops come from same degree mobs only (what i've noticed, i could be wrong)
Sun drops come from degree higher mob (Like d8 sun from d9 mob, i've seen a lvl1 sun hand drop from bandit archers(lvl12))

The sun drops theory can also be explained at the 80 cap, before euro came.
The problem was that every lvl76+ mob was actually a d9 mob, which couldn't drop a d9 item, because it simply didn't exist yet. So whenever a 76+ mob gets killed and drops a SoS, it would be AT LEAST the same degree, which didn't happen, because d9 items don't exist.. So instead the game decided to drop a d8 sun item. Which is a lower degree

sorry but this doesn't make any sense at all. all sox can drop ±1 degree

I got like a 3d sosun earrings from earth ghosts now that I remember, sold for 1m xD

When i used to play in zeus, i just had made my char and killed a couple of movias when i got a sos lv1 warlock rod, so its the same lvl.
And on mars i got a sos lv24 spear from an earth ghost so its 3 levels lower. Soxes aint always higher lv than the mob.
