weapon enhancing

If i had an attribute on a weapon for example a 4d stone for int is there a chance the item will be destoryed or lose any of its +'s?

No. You can only destroy stuff when plussing above 5.

Nope. The + can only be taken down with further plussing. In a nutshell, stones and elixirs can't affect each other in any way.

im not sure its +5 but if you have a +4 weapon and you want to go +5... put immortal on it just in case if i was you.
blue's have an effect on the blue and white stats if they fail.

It is impossible to destroy a weapon going from +4 to +5, only anything above +5.
And the blues have no effect at all if they stone fail (plus or what not)... they can only affect other blues or white stats if they cause assimilation, which only happens if the stones succeeded.
