What's the fastest way? I'm a little wiz/cleric noobie with 2m.

Try grinding, that could work. But a powerlevel would be faster if you have the money for it. But i doubt 2m is enough to get to lvl 37.

Where would be the best spots to get plvl? Not that I'm too lazy to grind

2mil might get you to lvl 34 if you're lucky >.<
I would farm some more O_o
For plvl..the best mob lvl is 11 lvl's above the nub, so that would be maongs for lvl 31 and white spiders for lvl 37.
Incase you missed it...the sp part was sarcasm ofc

One of the things I love about SRO is that I can make about a mil per 2 hours so money isn't really a problem.

In my server weapon elixir prices range from 220k to 320k (sometimes even 180k). Just buy them cheap and sell them medium-priced. High-priced usually takes an hour or two to sell, medium-priced takes 10~20 minutes
