Hey, my friend started to play Silkroad with me and his char was made on 1 sept. And yesterday (2 sept) he bought 150 silk for that char. And now due rollback his char is gone. He made new char and watched ingame itemmall and his silk was also gone. What can he do to get his silk back?

Currently not much.
Did he also make a new account, or just the char?
If he just made a new char there should be no problem and joymax will restore the silk (according to their message)
If he had to make a new account, then i don't know, im sorry.

i think its unlucky but you can't do much , as you may know we are talking about JOYMAX lol

Just the char, he doesn't mind it if he doesnt get his char back (was low lvl) but he does wants his silk though.

when they do the new inspection they have some bugs so 1 of them are this I see another1 when i try to change my pw on the acc i can't enter in my acc to do this and ECSRO have the same prob so i think they will do like before they will get back all things like before and they will apollagize.
