when does servers become populated ?

when does the servers populated ?
( i know when they start to ban ppl but when is that ? please tell me the time in silkroad standard time )

Well, after the weekly server inspection. All other times sro is crowded. GL logging in :wink:

Considering most of SRO are turks (obv most pop is bots) I would sayt the best time to log on is when there sleeping or at school?
