i wanna to know what is the best level gap for taxi.
e.g. i am 43lv, so what monster level taxi should i choose to get the highest exp?

At your level, definetally penons till ~ 46-47.
Its not "Best exp" you are looking at while finding taxi.

You need to put more options in there, like is there safe spot, whats the spawn rate, is taxi getting KSed etc etc.

You get best experience from mobs that are 11 levels above you.
