i accidently activated my exphelper u get , can you pause it?

for 3 hours out of the 24 it gives you you will receive 2x the exp you normally would. it starts when you attack something and stops 20 sec after. you should be fine if you plan on grinding later today but if you were planning on using it next week then your out of luck. you cant stop it

its fine now, i got a free plvl overnight
