Whats the difference between Scorn and Gross Scorn?

Scorn lasts for 3 seconds, gross scorn for 5 seconds AFAIK. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

hmmmm since i dont play and traffic is hard im not gonna log in to find out but gross scorn also works on 3 at once i think o.O

Recharge times, casting times?

scorn will only attract one player
fross scorn will atrract 3 players
i found gross scorn very useful while pvping ppl with cleric subs
they heal me and buff me sometimes w.o knowing it
after u knock em down and they get up theyll heal themselves. well right befoer they heal use scorn and boom.
also helpful when protecting ur wiz friend

What about casting times & recharge times?
and which one do you perfer? I wont take them both.

castng time is fast lasts for 3 sec and upgrades when u lvl it. recharge i forget i cant get in the server at the moment.
i prefer scorn. thats more of a 1 on 1 thing. 3 ppl on me would be too much which is why i dont get it.

Fine, but how does it work when I scorn someone?
If Wizard was casting fireball (while targeting someone else, not me), his action would be interupted, meteor wouldnt go on me, right?
Do they need to find and target me after I scorn them, or I am automaticly their new target?

P.S. can someone compare recharge and casting times of gross scorn and scorn.
I could use more opinions, thanks for help antics

If you scorn someone, and at the same time(or maybe a little later) they use a skill, the attack will directly go to you, same with buffs.


If you go thieving(thiefing?) you can follow them in stealth untill the cleric buffs the other hunters again(only works if they have a cleric tho), or when the warrior buffs people, you use scorn on one of the persons and you receive free buffs. They will be confused and you can easily kill them

I remember you had ~64 Rogue Bloody, do you know anything about recharge times & casting times?
I mean, Gross Scorn is AoE, it should have increased casting time, like any other AoE's compared to their single-target counterpart.

I didnt lvl gross scorn, but I think it's somewhat the same casting time, because Scorn is like instant. I got Scorn to lv1 and I tested it out in pvp a bit, and when you use the skill a lock appears above their head and they select you automatically. Attacks they do will automatically go to you, I didn't test if the target can select other players in that 3 seconds though.

But I don't find it that usefull, maybe if you pvp & job a lot it may come in handy..

EDIT: tried to log on, but someone is plvling himself with my char atm ^^


EDIT2: just tested it, Gross scorn is instant, and has a 20 second cooldown, while scorn has a cooldown of 8 seconds. Also you can use scorn & immediately after that you can use Gross Scorn, or the other way around offcourse. Hope I cleared things up a bit
