Moster drop /lvl difference

im currently lvl 30 on my nuker and i wanna kill bandits to get a strong bow/blade for my str blader.
can i get items on my lvl 30 even tho im 14 lvls higher?

If memory serves, the drop rate will fall off a bit.
You can always delevel your character and leave the skills the same.
