Hi guys I want to know exactly and with every single detail how to delevel a skill ??? thanks

curse heart quest at the potion dealer, lvl 20 quest i do believe, collect cursed hearts from fallen monsters 10=1 skill relocation potion, after you get enought potions to delevel your skills to the desired level, return to potion dealer and relocate skills, depending on how many levels you reduce the more costly it gets.
