Change from str to hybrid

I'm now lvl 21 and farming at ongs at and i want to change from pure str to hybrid this are my stat's naked:
Is it posible to get 70:70 balance?

it wouldnt be completly balaced at 70:70 till like lvl 40 if you add pure int from now on, i think.

1:1 is not 70:70
70:70 is more like a 1str:2int

Yes, it is. But you'll need to add only INT until level 56 +-, and after it add them normally like 70:70s do (take off your equipment with blues ... you know the rest, if you don't, tell).
