what was highest degree for lvl 60 cap
lvl 70
and lvl 80

60 cap - 7th degree, 3rd tier gloves were level 60
70 cap - 8th degree, 2nd tier boots were level 70
80 cap - still 8th degree, 3rd tier chest (level 77) was the highest.

At 70 cap we only had 1st tier gear, which ends at 69. Dunno about 60 cap though but I think just 1st tier too, since 2nd tier is 56-61

I didn't know JM only put in the 1st tiers at that time... I only started playing in early 80 cap. Sorry for any misinformation.
