Typical Joymax, speaking Engrish.

I can't make sense of what this potion does exactly. Is it just like the cursed hearts quest and only downs a skill by 1 level? Or does it down an entire skill? Or maybe does it down multiple skills?

Its a little different from cursed hearts.
-You don't need to pay ingame gold
-You get back 100% of the spent SP with it, cursed hearts give back only 80%

Yep, and just like hearts it will delvl just one skill lvl or one mastery lvl.

Wow. It really isn't worth it. Silkroad Online's translation is bad, because it says that Cursed Heart potions gives back all but 80%. So it technically sounds as if they only give back 20%.

Hehe yeah, and tbh..For higher lvl's it is worth it, it is quite expensive though.

Only 1K Silk? Wouldn't it be a lot more if it only delevels a single skill?

nah, its around 1 - 1.5k silk to dlvl completely. most people will delevel it down to like 60-80 then curst heart it the rest, cause its so expensive.

That doesn't sound too expensive. Farming cursed hearts seems to take forever. Should I just kill mangyangs?

Depends on the build...Friend's spear char needed 1.3k silk IIRC on 90 to change.
