lvl of wiz to one hit pt ong

what lvl should a wiz be to be able to one hit pt ong with fire bolt and meteor 90% of the time
assuming they have 20 int on gear and plus 4 staff and zero gap
and does anyone know a damage formula to find out how much damage you will do to a specific mob using a specific attack

I did 1hit ongs with my lvl60 wiz using meteor, but a lvl72 wiz would be MUCH better at plvling.

Hmm...64 is good enough, but at 72 you'd be able to 1hit 2 pt mobs with the earth nuke. That would speed up the plvl by so much.

10 sec, thats too much, dont use it for pfarming

fire bolt, frozen spear(i used ice bolt cuz its at least 2x faster to cast it but im lv 93) earth quake, ground rave, blizzard.
Only use earth quake and blizzard when there are 3 or more mobs and ground rave when u r surrounded.
Edit: ice bolt only for general pt mobs.Pt champ is 1 hit too for me but i dont know ur lvl.

64 with a +3 staff =/
i wouldnt recommend meteor you will be out of mp
earth shock fire bolt and the ice field thing

Well you could use meteor if you were a bard sub. Just use mana orbit or mana cycle every time your mp goes down to far...

Oh I thought he ment 1 hit without life turn over/life control.. But if you could do 1 hit without them then yeah you can use meteor...

Is it better or worse to replace Ice skills for Light skills in powerleveling?

1.) Get to 60, delevel to 52.
2.) Blue your gear with Int, get SoX staff (SoM is enough)
3.) Powerlevel at ongs, pickup drops
4.) ?????
5.) Profit

Why would you need to delevel to 52 if you're already 60?

to be in the level range to get drops from ongs and still keep the higher level skills
