i wanna to know why do the guys do a free taxi for 1~10lv range
what is the benifit

When average level of the party is below the mobs level, party mobs give double experience. And they prefer chars lower then lvl 10 because they take no or very little experience at ongs.

but why do the guys higher than 60lv make this taxi
i don't think they want to up lv by ongs

they dont lvl themselves, they lvl their newbie chars.

When you add up everyone's lvl and divide by number of people, average, and it's lower than the monster, you get 2x exp.

So for example, you have the plvler, lvl 60, and the plvlee, lvl 20. Average is 40, so you dont get 2x experience. But, put in a lvl 1 and the avg goes to 27. So, the lvl is lower than the monster and you get 2x exp.
