Prob talked about already, didn't find anything if you find it linkage.

Is magic pop gambling? If it isn't considered gambling how so?
If it is: Does it fall under California online gambling laws because of where the servers are located? Does this tie in with minor gambling?

As a gambler and a guy who bets a lot i can say it IS gambling, tho it might also be seen as a lottery, maybe they could, shield on that eventually. btw idk crap about us laws
