Reinstalling Silkroad

Im having some computer issues, so if I install Silkroad again after I reinstall Windows, will I lose my characters and all the data with my account? Or is that data saved on the servers? How would I backup my character data if its on my pc?

yeah but what u didnt know is that theres no client for this current version xD, the client in the site wont work =D kthnxbai
