Its been a long time since I have even had silkroad installed let alone play, Well I've missed the game so i'd like some answers to my questions to be able to start a new.
1.) Whats the best pure int build out to Todays date that still works and will still be good in the Roc Update.
2.) (Same as above) Whats the Best Euro Str Build?
3.) Server with the most legit? is it still venus?

There is no best build.
But IMO the best int build atm is pure int s/s 100bich/100light/100ice. You can also drop the light and take fire, your choice.
The best str build is probably warrior/cleric.
Venus does still have the most legits, but it's numbers have dropped tremendously. People are quitting left and right, so yeah
