Ok i did a search and found this topic

but its locked and fairly old so my question is does this method of fixing wind still work?

Ingame go Esc -> Option -> Video. Scroll down till you see dynamic animation, turn it on and it should be fixed You don't need a pk2 edit anymore.

Holy Shit thanks lol, been playing for so long asumed that it still did nothing and you had to edit wind still lol
