What Mobs cast Zombie?
Can Players Cast Zombie?
If warlock Drains HP from char that is Under Zombie state, does Both Chars lose HP (Warlock and Target)?

karra cast zombie status
there is no build can cast zombie status
when a warlock drain hp from a target the target get disease status and loses an amount of hp that amount is gained to the warlock

well players can cast zombie if they use a mask of mob that can use it...

So any other than karras can cast zombie?

Red Yeowa (lvl 36) --> Western China, Tarim Basin.
Death Karra (lvl 67) --> Taklamakan, the river.
Devil Mask Nachal (lvl 70) --> DW cave, Floor 4.

Tiger Girl has zombie.

Afaik, one of the two Niya Mages (87/88) can do zombie too, but dont remember for sure.
And maybe in Ch'in Tomb there are a few mobs with zobie but i don't know yet.

ultra devil flowers or w/e there called can cast them as well. the ones outside hotan
