Help with Chulsan's Anger Quest

I've killed bandits, bandit Archers, and bandit subordinates and my count is still at 0. Is there something I am doing wrong?

You need bandit bowmen. They are to the west/southwest of the Bandit Den...a small concentration there, and across the road, and also sometimes in the road south of the bandit den that curves to the north.

Yes, they're labeled bandit bowmen too, there are just less of them than archers/bandits.
