My Paypal dont appear !

Hello guys, i got a new account with arabian dress and today i opened the official silkroad online site to charge silk with paypal.
but paypal doesnt appear
.By the way i didnt canceld paypal - than it would appear in 24 hours but i didnt.
i already send bug report many times but paypal dont appear
. my character is over lvl20 it is 72 .
can you tell me how i can solve my problems
