Well Don't know exact Level but as long you can handle party Giant I could say you are ready. About Level I think when you are Lvl 40 you won't get much customers but +55 Lvl is good enough.

1Hitting pt ongs...Which is lvl 72 chinese int...64 wiz or like 80/85 bard.
