I want to make a new Hauskel char.
What's better in PvM and PVP ?
In which char will I better enjoy ?
Glavie full STR
100 fire
100 hauskel
80 light
20 cold

Spear Full INT
100 Light
100 hauskel
100 Cold

Spear for PvM and glavie for PvP.

It depends on your playing style which one you'll enjoy most. Do you like massive hp/tankablity but not that great of damage. Or do you like doing massive damage but not much tankbality/hp.

Both of your suggested builds look good. Just depends on how you like to play which one you'll choose

Spear FULL int could die very fast in pvps right?
after the 2 minutes of snow shield?

The PVP is very importent for me, for the lvling (bot) is importent for me too cause i wanne lvl fast in nights

Yes. You could also make it hybrid to improve it's survivability, and therefore increase it's performance at pvp.

As Tasdik said, spear pure INT is way better at PvE and glaive pure STR is better at PvP because mainly of it's high survivability.
