Which servers suffer from high gold prices?
I play on Xian but ive noticed that a lot of people have tons of moeny... does this cause an increase in prices for say som lvl 16 bows?

Depends. It can play out like either of the following:
People have more money, they buy more Lv16 som bows, therefore demand increases and people will pay more plus there will be more competition.
Having a lot of money can also make people become greedy and put the prices up regardless of demand.
