Hot-Bar Stack

Is there a way to have my hot-bar stacked instead of pressing F1-F4 to change them?
If u mean the underbar by hotbar, there is no way.
Learn to press F1-F4 fast, I'm doin it and it should work out.
Otherwise put some skills on the extra bar and press space + number.
