Running SRO in windowed mode?

Hi there. Lately, my computer has developed a phobia against running games in full screen. (Note that this is any game, not just SRO.) Usually, I can remedy this by right-clicking on the game's shortcut and adding a -window at the end. Unfortunately, I can't do this with SRO.

Is there a way to get SRO to run in windowed mode in XP? This would help to actually allow me to play the game for more than five minutes before my computer unexpectedly shuts off.

in vista you can just alt tab back to the desktop but idk about xp or any other version

its in the menu under options while ur ingame you press esc then options then on the settings tab theres where it says game settings scroll down there then check where it says windowed mode....
