Is there is scroll that can teleport next to unique when it a piers if Yes where do u get it ?

I believe that there's a scroll that teleports you to Ivy. It's part of a quest I think. *not entirely sure*

There are unique quests for cerb and ivy that use scrolls but it's only for the quest. There is no scroll that will teleport u to a unique when it appears

Some players use reverse return scrolls. They go to a spot where a unique spawns (like the arena), teleport back to town and when the unique appears they use the teleport scroll to the place they teleported from.
