cant seem to find 1...for the 90-100 cap...
i know 100 bich- 100 fire- 80 light- 20 ice-
but skills etcccc

the lvl 100 cap just came out so i dont think anyone knows what skills are 100% neccesary. you could look at old guides and continue to upgrade the skills posted there but you will probubly have to wait a while for stats on the new skills.
