malicious Devil Skill Pk2 edit request.

I have searched the forum and found nothing so here it is, Anyone know how to edit the malicious Devil Skill to another skill? EG change Hard Fire Protection to the malicious Devil Skill? Cuz i wanna use it but i can't get the avatar. Any ideas? Is it even possible?
