Build should be good on PvP, PvE, Job and power Leveling

What is best for 100 Cap and please tell me what Armor type should I wear and Skill Masterys, also tell me how much farming would build take Thank you.

70:70 bowman, pacheon/ice/light

It's just the best I guess, because Chinese should be played hybrid and this one just pwns.

100 bich/fire/ice or 100 bich/ice/light or 100 bich/fire, 60 ice, 40 light or 100 bich/fire, 60 light, 40 ice (for heavy hybrids)

I see that Full Str bow got one more vote than Full Int nuker, im goign to be Full Str Bow, but the problem is what skills should I take for it and what armor type?

My choice would be garms or protector but u can use pretty much anything for pve. For skills, u should take most of them, except for autumn wind. I would go Pacheon 100/Fire 100/Light 80 or 72/Cold 20 or 28
