Lost My Charactres !?

Whan I Logged In Iris Server on 10th March I saw very weird thing: Normaly I have 2 Characters on Irirs but now there weren't, same thing on Gaia. What has happened? Can I have them back? I really don't wan't to lose 6m gold, Level 36 Fire Blader with 3000 SP and SoM (+2) Blade and few other SoS items.

Wow, did you try to re-login and check again? Did you make sure you didn't confuse it with a second account? How long ago have you played? Was there a 7 day period between your last login and when you discovered this?
Hopefully it's just a second account mishap =x

yes double check and make sure you are logging in on the rite account

Ok I have Logged in to right account because I only have one account and no there were no 7 day period without playing SRO so that confuses me too, shouldn't there always be 7 day deleting time?

Stupid question but, you sure it was Gaia you had these on and not a different server?

Sometimes they take some time to appear on the log in screen. Make sure you're on the right server and account. They can't disapear like that in less than 7 days.

Ok now I checked Gaia, Iris, Neptune, Persia, all those servers I have played but there just simple are no any characters
this is so confusing and they should appear to log in screen bacause they have always appeared there in 0,5-2 seconds. but it I have played at Gaia and not on Iris for 7 days. But they are gone from Gaia either

I'm afraid that only JM can help you out. Try to send a bug report.
If your login was hacked and the hacker wanted to delete your characters there is still the 7 days delay time running.
You're sure it's not on Titan? They did a roll back on that server.

I will make a strange suggestion, but hey, this is silkroad.
Are you sure the game isn't crashing? Have you tried to make a new char in the account, in order to see if the game isn't just freezing everytime you go to the chars screen?
Or something else you can try is make a char on a new server, a server you never played on. lvl it to lvl 3-4 and try the other servers to see if the chars are there.
