What level would it be good for me to start using premium?

ALSO: I have a lot of this alchemy stuff like Tiger Beard and jade wind stuff. Should i NPC it or hold on to it?

ALSO: I have another question but i don't think i should make anther threads so, what is deleveling and why should i do it and is it worth it?

For the prem question i suggest you use it like whenever you get to lvl 50s++

1st alchemy question: you could start early but I don't think you would get much

2nd question: Deleveling is for sp farming or something, suppose to be meant for mainly getting sp

Get Premium asap! It really helps grinding

Make those items to elements and save them to sell later or make stones.

Delvling is only needed when you are farming. When you get too high level compared to the mob, you need to delvl to get a higher SP/kill ratio.
