why some players bring 1~10lv players in Ong. is it can gain more skill point?
another things is how can i join the Legit party. i am not bot but they don'r allow me join them...

When you're in an exp share party you get more exp/sp when the average lvl of the party is near the lvl the monsters you are killing, example: in a party with 4 members Lv 19,20,23,90, the average would be
19 + 20 + 23 + 90 = 152/4 = 38 (its more Lv than the ongs so less exp)
so if you add another member Lv 10 it would be
10 + 19 + 20 + 23 + 90 = 162/5 = 32.4
and you would get more exp(at least the Lv 19-23 Persons will get more exp)
another things is how can i join the Legit party. i am not bot but they don'r allow me join them...
You may be legit but maybe you don't have enough Lv for that party and they won't accept a low lv person if they are hunting something high
