Yesterday a newb player said someone murdered him
hi is lvl 14
can lower lvls be murdered? i thought the lvl was 20

you can murder anyone if YOU are level 20 (i think
)....

wrong, you cannot.
Maybe he was 20 once and deleveled.

srry finally found out why, went to help him do a quest
he had his cape on
