Think of Masteries as having the knowledge to learn a skill, such as the fire imbue.
What increases stats is Levelling up your skills, not masteries.
If you have fire mastery at 90, your stats are no higher, you can simply learn more skills.
Keep in mind you can only use a certain amount of masteries.
Also Masteries are required of a certain level for european masteries.
loveeeee

Actualy every mastery level increases your damage by 1%

So yea, if you have fire 90 a level 43 nuke will hurt a lot more then if you have fire 43

This only occurs for China based characters. Euros have a seperate skill that has to be leveled up to add the % more damage as you level.

when you increase bicheon mastery it says attack power will be increased by (lvl of mastery) %, does that actually mean your attk power or your skill dmg?
