Sorry no screen shots for this but I've seen someone as a earth ghost running around. The whole body was the earth ghost. How did they do that, if its legal? Thanks

It's a mask.

Rogues have a special skill that allows them to drop a "mask" from a mob that they just killed. When you put it on you take the look from that mob. Kokoru and periton masks are very popular because they allow you to run at kokoru speed.

they last for (i think 15 minutes)

you can attack as that mob
but you cant use any of your skills
and you cant use while in job either

Sure of that last one? I remember using kokoru masks as thief but not recently. Perhaps they changed it (for those that want to know, well when I got in trouble I used kokoru masks to run away )

When you're masked there is a fixed amount of damage (don't remember the value, not that high) but you use the attack type of the monster. So as earth taoist you do fire attack, as flower you use zombie attack.

Maybe they changed it recently but as far as i know u can use masks while in job.

It's a masking skill that you get as a rouge.....it's really cool in the high levels cus you can run around towns looking like something outta roc mtn XD

One thing that have came to my mind is, does they work on uniques? :o

regular mobs only, no uniques, champs, giants.

Yeah and CTF mobs are counted as regular mobs i believe.

I am pretty sure it can be used on quest uniques, it says general under their name.

I love the statue masks from chin tomb
