how many mobs shall I kill to get the zerk full?

its random
every kill has a chance to add a zerk ball
warlocks how ever get it alot faster then other builds because their DoTs have a chance to give them zerk balls too

Warlock's parties get zerg faster too
Almost every 2-3 minutes

And warlock can get 2 balls for 1 mob

I've gotten full zerk off of one PTG.
