It can't be the bots, maybe the server but I would say that the chances are that your internet connection is problematic.

internet rush hour...or
sum1 downloading with the same connection...or
sum1 stealing ur connection via wireless...XD

dced tonight and just now, that's very unusual for me so I dunno =x Could be that my dad unplugs the modem for a sec just to dc me since I'm not really allowed online haha, but I'm stalling so meh >.<
