What is it? How does it work?
you pay someone (usually high lvl 52+) to kill lower lvl mobs for you.
you get lots of exp really fast (in a good taxi).

the problem of course is that there are dishonest people who offer taxi, take your money, and dont provide a service
another thing to be sure when you do join a taxi is that the party is set to full experience share, i have seen taxi advertised as item/exp distribution party (you will get nothing in this kind of party)

they come in all sizes. minivans, suv's, and crown victorias. typically the guy driving, is not native born.
