what quest is this?

hi, can anyone give me an idea what this quest is about?
I don't remember this quest before. I'm currently lv20 :)

I guess it's the quest that you need to do to get the Specialty shop goods or something. I haven't done this but from the name it seems like this.

Yep..That's a quest if you want to unlock the Speciality Trader in the Bandit Den. You'll have to go to the bandit den in your trader suit. Then find the guy and do what he wants you to do (go to some guy in Jangan) and kill some white tigers I think.
