just wondering if theres a technique when you are doing alchemy to make it successful even in upgrading and adding blues.
i asked some players, they said they are lucky when they do alchemy at different places like at pots merchant, black smith, cave, etc.
is that really effective to make alchemy successful?

Just avoid places with risk of lag like hotan. I tried once to improve a weapon with a weapon elixir in hotan, I saw it glowing gold, lag started, and when I looked at it, it was still the old value but my elixir and lucky powder were missing in my inventory. So now I go to a quiet place.

Re: technique in alchemy?
quiet places do seem the best, jg or constan have the most (least players, less lag, most often)
i used to think that if you had a lot of luck items equiped that, that made a difference, (learned that luck only affects the item itself)
many times the time sequence makes a difference too
and of course each item has its own built in luck probability %, which is unknow to the player (wouldn't be cool if each item had that posted on it, as white stat?) think of the prices of these items with good luck on them, wow
